Weigh In Number 2

Alright, here it is. I want to lose 25 pounds before my 5K. It's doable. Difficult but doable. I think it will help me to have a goal, and a public one, as well. My 5K is 3 months from now...so an average of 2.5lbs a week will get me there.

On to my weight loss...yes, loss. A whole .4...not great, by any stretch of the imagination, but a loss the same. I think that may actually be because of the different pants I wore, but who cares? LOL! I know I had a good week, so I did well, even if the scale didn't show it this week.

  1. A loss is a loss, and it is much better than a gain. I'm proud of you. Hopefully your motivation will be contagious and I will be back on the wagon soon. :)

  2. I envy you with doing the 5K I don't think my knees could ever handle doing one of those. Good luck! 25# in 3 months is doable. You can do it! A loss is a loss! Some weeks have been slow for me as well, some weeks I've had a gain! I think as long as you know you are doing good, even if the scale doesn't show it, you are on the right track!

  3. Here's something that everyone should remember. I got this off of the Weight Watchers community board on weightwatchers.com. I know it is March but, you will still get the idea.

I get alot of ideas and inspiration on the weight watchers boards. You don't have to be a memember to read and respond to a post on the community boards. Make sure you check it out.
